How do I handle unsubscriptions (unsubscribe requests) with WorldCast?
Use WorldCast's Pop3 Processor by following these proceedures:
click the Accounts | Rules menu
On the Configuration tab and in the Pop Accounts list box, select a pop
account;
Click the rules tab;
In the edit box under the rules list box, type in the name of the rule;
Click the + button to add the rule and set it properly;
Choose one or more conditions to the desired rule (E.g. "With specific words
in the subject");
In the edit box below the "conditions" box, type in "unsubscribe". That means that every time the user replies with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject field, the actions below will take place.
Choose one or more actions to be made by the pre-defined condition(s)
(E.g. "Unsubscribe sender", "remove from server", etc.)
Click the "Accounts|Process" Menu
Note: The rules are applied following the order in which they're created.
If you want to change the order in which they're found, use the "up" and
"down" arrows.
