I Have a Problem. What Should I do?

First of all, make sure you have the latest version of WorldCast. Your problem might already have been solved.

• Run WorldCast
• Click the help | about menu
• Check your WorldCast version
• Compare it with the latest version posted at http://www.fairlogic.com/worldcast
• Download it if they are different.

 
Otherwise, ask for support
