1) If you are behind a proxy server, ask the Administrator to configure WorldCast.
2) make sure your dns server is properly configured:
Dns server
in order to find your dns server number, connect to the internet (this is very important!), Run worldcast, go to the "servers" tab of the tools|configuration menu, and click the "detect" button.
If this does not work, try asking your isp, who will provide you the correct information.
You can also try to find it using winipcfg.Exe (windows 9x) or ipconfig.Exe (windows nt/2000).
Winipcfg: Connect to the internet (this is very important!). Go to the windows start menu, click "run" and type winipcfg. Then click the "more info" button. Copy the value in the "dns servers" field.
Ipconfig: Connect to the internet (this is very important!). Go to the windows start menu, click "run" and type ipconfig. Then click the "more info" button. Copy the value in the "dns servers" field.
3) Try sending/validating the emails again
4) In the end of the operation, right-click the "status" column and select "View Log".
5) Copy the Log file to the clipboard and email it to support@fairlogic.com
Then we'll be possibly able to reproduce your problem.
6) Another possibility: Your "email" is banned
Use the Sender page of the Configuration dialog box to select the sender properties of your project message.
You'll see these fields:
Name Sender's name. This is the name the recipient will actually see as the sender of the message he has received.
Email Sender's Email. This is the email the recipient will actually see as the sender of the message he has received. Special care should be taken while setting this option, specially if this email is . Many SMTP servers will refuse to received email from a banned sender.
7) If nothing else works, please send me the project file, so that I'll be able to reproduce it here.
Go to the "File|Save Project as" menu, save it and email it to:
